Delaying my withdrawal from 3 days
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay in processing my withdrawal request from my account at RAJABETS Casino. I have been a loyal and one of the oldest players on your platform, actively playing since 2022. Over this period, I have deposited at least 1,000 times and successfully withdrawn funds multiple times. Until now, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a withdrawal, as they have always been processed within the promised timeframe.
From January to February 16th alone, I have deposited at least 4 lakhs and successfully withdrawn almost 11 lakhs. During this time, my account balance was relatively lower, and my withdrawals were processed immediately. However, a few days ago, I won around 9,19,000 (9 lakhs 19 thousand), and I currently have this amount in my account. I requested a withdrawal of 1 lakh, which is the maximum limit per 24 hours, but for the past three days, my request has remained in waiting status.
My account is fully verified, and despite multiple inquiries, your support team has only responded by stating that they have raised a ticket with the bank. According to your terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours, yet this has not been adhered to. I urgently need my withdrawal, and I request immediate action to resolve this issue.
I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this matter. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a clear update on the status of my withdrawal as soon as possible.
