I am writing this complaint after waiting for more than 20 days for my account verification in rajabets. Their customer support is not helpful and always shares the same response. I have even mailed them and got the same reply, which their support team has already conveyed multiple times.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, and as per the latest statement, posted by the submitter, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Rajabets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions, especially the term:
Use only payment methods in your name; we may limit methods per CGA/AML rules.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Can you provide me details for doing this ? I had initially deposited with my Sister's bank account that's why you cannot find it in the bank statement.
Can only one member from a family can play your game ?
Give me the reason or I will have to escalate this to higher authorities.

Rajabets had manually withdrawn 95000 from my account and left the initial deposit amount in the wallet. On asking their support team, they said they don't want to serve me anymore and asked to withdraw initial deposit amount.
After withdrawing the initial deposit they have deactivated my account.
What scam is this ?
