Hi askgamblers team,

I am writing this complaint after waiting for more than 20 days for my account verification in rajabets. Their customer support is not helpful and always shares the same response. I have even mailed them and got the same reply, which their support team has already conveyed multiple times.

Can you provide me details for doing this ? I had initially deposited with my Sister's bank account that's why you cannot find it in the bank statement.

Can only one member from a family can play your game ?

Hi Askgamblers,

Rajabets had manually withdrawn 95000 from my account and left the initial deposit amount in the wallet. On asking their support team, they said they don't want to serve me anymore and asked to withdraw initial deposit amount.

After withdrawing the initial deposit they have deactivated my account.

What scam is this ?

Urgent complaint regarding delayed payout and prolonged verification process

Dear Sir/Madam,


I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a payout that has been delayed for more than six months on my Rajabets account.

After winning an amount exceeding one million, my withdrawal was placed on hold and I was informed that additional verification was required before the payout could be processed. While I fully understand and respect the need for verification procedures, I am concerned about the timing and duration of this process.


Prior to this significant win, I had deposited funds, played regularly, and successfully received several withdrawals from my account without being asked to complete any additional verification. It was only after winning this substantial amount that my payout was suspended and subjected to an extended verification review.


Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.


I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.


I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this matter and ensuring that my verification process is completed promptly so that my outstanding payout can be released without any further delay.
