Delay in documents verification
I have created an account on Rajabet Casino and deposited 10,000 INR. My winning amount is 29,300 to date. When I proceeded to withdraw my funds, they requested KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. I uploaded all the documents as instructed on their website. Initially, they rejected my documents due to an incomplete date of birth. They completed this verification in just one day. Then, I resubmitted my documents with my complete date of birth. However, my KYC verification has been pending for the past 10 days, and they have not verified it. When I inquired with their customer support, all they say is, 'Sir, your documents are in the queue and will be checked by our risk department.' My KYC has been pending for more than 10 days, and when I ask customer support about the estimated wait time, they simply reply with 'Please wait patiently.' I've requested multiple times for them to escalate my request and forward it to the risk department, but they claim they are not authorized to intervene in the verification process. Please help me resolve this issue.
