Dear RajaBets Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a payment of ₹21,000 made on 17th May 2026 at 08:34 PM, which is still not reflecting in my RajaBets account.

The payment was successfully debited from my account, and the status shows that the amount has been credited to the recipient's bank. However, the amount is still not reflecting in my RajaBets wallet/account.

I have taken multiple follow-ups with your support team, but every time I am being asked to wait 4 hours, 6 hours, or 7 hours, with repeated responses stating, “We are checking”. It has now been a significant delay, and the issue still remains unresolved.

I request you to urgently investigate this matter and credit the amount of ₹21,000 to my RajaBets account immediately or provide a proper resolution/update regarding the transaction status.

Please treat this as a priority complaint.

The payment of ₹21,000 dated 17th May 2026 at 08:34 PM was made through the payment gateway/UPI details shown within your platform during deposit. I did not manually enter any random UPI ID.
The payment was completed using the payment details generated/provided by RajaBets at the time of deposit.

You are stating that the beneficiary is not related to RajaBets. If that is the case, please provide clear proof and explain how this payment beneficiary was shown/generated during the deposit process on your platform.
The amount has been successfully debited and credited to the beneficiary bank, but it is still not reflecting in my RajaBets account. I have already followed up multiple times and only received repeated responses to wait.

I request an urgent investigation and resolution. Either credit the ₹21,000 to my RajaBets wallet immediately or provide a proper explanation along with supporting details of the beneficiary/payment merchant.

Please treat this matter as urgent.

Additionally, I am attaching the screenshot of the payment gateway/deposit page through which the payment was made, as proof that the payment details/UPI ID were generated during the deposit process on your platform.

Kindly review the attached evidence carefully and resolve this issue on priority.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
