Complaint regarding non credited funds
Dear RajaBets Support Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a payment of ₹21,000 made on 17th May 2026 at 08:34 PM, which is still not reflecting in my RajaBets account.

The payment was successfully debited from my account, and the status shows that the amount has been credited to the recipient's bank. However, the amount is still not reflecting in my RajaBets wallet/account.
I have taken multiple follow-ups with your support team, but every time I am being asked to wait 4 hours, 6 hours, or 7 hours, with repeated responses stating, “We are checking”. It has now been a significant delay, and the issue still remains unresolved.
I request you to urgently investigate this matter and credit the amount of ₹21,000 to my RajaBets account immediately or provide a proper resolution/update regarding the transaction status.
Please treat this as a priority complaint.
