Complaint Against Rajabets Verification Delay Since 28 May 2025

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Rajabets regarding an unresolved account verification issue.

I submitted all the required documents for KYC on 28 May 2025, and as of 12 June 2025, my account is still showing "Under Verification." Despite multiple follow-ups with their support team, I have not received any clear updates or timeline for resolution. The responses have been generic and unhelpful.


This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I am unable to withdraw my funds or access my account fully. I feel this is unfair and possibly intentional to delay withdrawals.


Please help me escalate this matter and ensure Rajabets completes the verification or provides a valid reason for the delay.


I am attaching relevant screenshots and document submission proof, if needed.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Rajabets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Thank you again for your efforts in mediating this issue.

As the 72-hour response window approaches, I would like to reiterate my position clearly and firmly:

I have only used one account on Rajabets, registered under the username Dikshavishal007.

I did not abuse any promotions and have always tried to comply with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.

I submitted all documents requested, including my 6-month bank statement, and clarified that the deposit was made via a friend's credit card with full consent.

Rajabets has not provided any specific evidence to support their accusations of multiple accounts or promotion abuse.

Despite repeated requests, my account has been deactivated without prior notice, and my winnings of ₹40,500.29 are still withheld.


I respectfully request AskGamblers to take appropriate action if Rajabets fails to provide verifiable evidence for their claims. I am still open to cooperating and submitting any further clarification required from my end.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Nature of Winnings: My total balance is ₹1,09,301.50. I want to state clearly that I won this amount purely through Cricket Multibets in the Sportsbook.

I have NOT played any casino games and I have NOT used any bonuses. This is my hard-earned cash money. Current Location: I am currently working in Qatar. I have been completely transparent about my residency from the start. Documents Already Emailed:

I have already provided the following to your official support channel: Indian Identity: Aadhaar Card (Front & Back) and PAN Card.Work & Residency Proof: My Qatar ID and my Indian Passport (sent to verify my current location in Qatar).Mandatory Selfie: A clear photo of me holding my Original ID Card along with a white paper where "RAJABETS" and the Current Date are clearly handwritten. Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
