Upon doing multiple followups with live chat, i get only two type of reply,
1. Due to heavy traffic flow, the withdrawals are taking longer time but we have already requested finance team to recheck your request.
2. You have exceeded your withdrawal limit.
And the most pathetic part of them is they never ever reply my email.

The funds were already credited to the user within a short time period. The bank transfers may take up to 7 business days to be credited to the beneficiary, if you did not receive the funds you can check it with your bank. Please contact us with your bank statement if you did not receive the funds.
