From that to till Jan 23, I haven't faced any issues with casino and I haven't won big money also, and I have lost too much money around 2lakhs money.

This team also responded very quickly and they are tried everything means on 12th Feb I think I have filled a complaint about verification, means by seeing the same verification issues with rajabets website. So I informed the casino guru means I filed has a complaint about verification after few days means 7 or 10 day also still my verification status showing has waiting only.

I started playing casino with my balance amount and I took that balance to 5lakhs 50,000INR. After that I have lost everything again I have deposited 15k and I have took my winnings upto 6lakhs 78,430.00INR. After this I haven't placed any bets.

Exactly after 15days from Feb 12 th I have got a call from rajabets and they said I'm calling from rajabets and they said like sir actually you won money by using Martingale strategy, whatever you have won from Feb 16th that entire money we can't able to give you only we will return your deposited money means you will get 1lakh 41,400INR.

So I have asked proof so they said no sir this decision is taken from risk department and I told everything, trust me mam, I haven't not used any strategy here, just I'm placing more bets when I feel confident. That's it. And then said how much you need say, so I told I need at least 378000INR. Please mam I'm urgently need in money then she told actually we don't have give your entire winnings also but has a warning we are giving you 1lakh 41430INR.

So then I thought 1st I'll get this 1lakh 41430INR then I can inform this to casino guru. In call also they are only tried to convince me that I have used strategy to win and she only asking me like you have used martingale strategy and do you know martingale strategy, right like this she asking me. All this are totally pre planed and I have a call record too please note this - I have a call record that's enough how they talked and tried to convince me.

Trust me I haven't not cheated or wonned money by using any tricks, just I'm watching the speed baccarat b and baccarat b live casino games and waiting too much when I feel confident at that time I'm placing the more bets like 10k 50k 30k. All my bets are depended my balance means when I have more wallet balance I'll placing more bets.

And please note casino guru Is also clear mentioned that to rajabets casino to give back the players entire winnings but they are not replied only right now casino guru is extended the 7days time to replay for rajabets casino and my request is please don't leave this casino to cheat a loyal and trustable customers. And they are using the money of trustable winnings of the customers.

Seriously it's hurts a lot. And now in chat box they are saying we couldn't able to give back your winnings means manual withdraw.

And one more thing if you need any transactions history means bet history also please ask me, I'll provide each and every details and call record too.

the issue which they have stated above is totally new and fake, this was not what they said earlier, they are trying to portray a whole new issue which is not true. i even have call recordings where they said that i was using martingale strategy that was the reason why they didnt complete the full payment. but now this is a whole new proof, which is totally fake, because i haven't done any such things as they have mentioned. i have played only with my id raghav1314. i claim to be an innocent in this matter, please investigate further and verify the ID which they have provided, i am ready to provide any details or proof required from my side to prove that i have used only one account and i have not cheated. the information and proof they've attached is totally FAKE!!!!. I request you to please investigate and verify.
