Amount of 70000 missing

I have been active member of Rajabets casino from last 2 years and I used to receive my withdrawal with ease but once I won 70000 they asked for the reverification and are not verifying my documents(bank statements) from last 40 days. First they asked me to upload one bank statement then they asked to upload 3 now they asked to upload 4. I have uploaded all but now they have kept it in waiting on contacting there live support they r just telling one thing we r not authorised then whom to contact neither they r saying any time period in which they will complete the registration. I have lost more than 15 lakhs on rajabets but once I won 7 lakhs they r asking for reverification and not verifying the same. It is very disappointed for me being their active member.

Nice joke rajabets if u don't have anything for cheating u r doing these kind of activities @askgamblers if I have ever used two accounts in my device tell them provide proof why didn't they took this step earlier why they took this step only when I have 700000 lakh rs in my account they jus want to cheat people tell them provide the proof and if it was like that why they did ask for reverification they could have terminated it in first go they kept my verification for pending for almost two months and when I provided all the documents and when they could all the documents are real there was no option for them but to take this step they r fake and are cheating people in every possible manner.
I m humbly requesting @askgamblers kindly tell them to answer all my questions I have lost my 10 lakh on rajabets I m shattered tell them return my amount they r doing fraud

askgamblers kindly ask them to provide the relevant information about the issue further tell them if I have breached any terms and conditions why I used to receive withdrawal prior to this wh they have done it only when I won the huge amount
Secondly why they kept me for in waiting for verification for 45 days and when I put my complaint on this site they inactivated my account they r doing fraud
They should be banned and they should be given negative rating

Withdrawal is keeping in delay intentionally

Hi Team,

I need quick help regarding my withdrawals. It's been 5 days now they are keeping my withdrawal in waiting state and declining again and again. When I ask the customer care they keep saying the same thing: it will in queue or bank side problem or we are working on it. Seems they are planning to distract the player mind and get them lost. Rajabets is not responding to solve the issue. Documents were uploaded over one month ago and are still waiting. No reply from email support and live support is always saying documents are in queue. They said they are not responsible for the verification process and they can not do anything in this matter. Live support agents do not reply to every question. Please check with them. Verification pending and withdrawal stuck

I had started using Rajabets last month and was able to deposit and withdraw without any hassles a few times. After a while I tried to withdraw 35000. It got rejected and I was told to verify my account. I promptly provided them with my documents on 25th of May 2026. It has been pending since then and I have always gotten the same response from their chat support. They say that my documents have been queued for verification and that I should wait. I have heard this exact same response every day since 25th of May. 10 days have passed now and my funds of 35000 are stuck on the website. I’m actually going to be in loss even after my withdrawal of 35000 goes through. I request askgamblers to intervene and resolve this issue. This practice by Rajabets needs to be called out again and again.

Rajabet Casino - Deposit of 50k INR not credited

i would like to lodge a complaint regarding a deposit of ₹50,000 made on the Rajabets platform.

On 31 May 2026 at 10:53 am, I made a deposit of ₹50,000 to the beneficiary bank account that was provided directly on the Rajabets platform for making deposits. More than 48 hours have passed, but the amount has still not been credited to my Rajabets account.

Since the transaction, I have contacted Rajabets multiple times through their live chat support and telegram support. However, every time I ask for an update, I receive the same copy-pasted response asking me to wait for 2–4 more hours. No meaningful update or resolution has been provided.

To assist them in verifying the transaction, I have already submitted all the required proof multiple times, including payment receipt/screenshot, latest bank statement PDF, bank statement video recording, and screenshot of the beneficiary account details provided by Rajabets at the time of payment.

Despite providing all the requested documents repeatedly, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have sent emails to their support team, but I have not received a single response from them.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear update regarding the status of my ₹50,000 deposit. If the amount cannot be credited, I request a full explanation and prompt resolution.

I made a deposit of ₹9,999.80 on 27 May 2026 to Rajabets through UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my gaming account.

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

Account verification is pending and withdrawal is on hold

I have been facing withdrawal issues on Rajabets for the last 14 days. They keep my withdrawal requests pending for several days and then eventually cancel them. Whenever I contact live chat support, they tell me to wait for some more time and claim that the withdrawal will be processed successfully soon. They also repeatedly said that the funds had already been deducted from their bank account and that the delay was caused by temporary bank server issues. However, not a single withdrawal was completed successfully, and all of them were eventually cancelled.

Four days ago, after cancelling all my withdrawal requests, they informed me that I needed to complete verification for my Rajabets account. I submitted all the documents they requested immediately, but my verification has still been pending for the last 4 days without any update.

When I contact live chat support, they do not provide any clear response regarding my withdrawals or verification status. Instead, they encourage me to place more bets and lure me into continuing to gamble by tempting me with the possibility of gaining more winnings rather than resolving my withdrawal issue.
