Account verification is pending and withdrawal is on hold

I have been facing withdrawal issues on Rajabets for the last 14 days. They keep my withdrawal requests pending for several days and then eventually cancel them. Whenever I contact live chat support, they tell me to wait for some more time and claim that the withdrawal will be processed successfully soon. They also repeatedly said that the funds had already been deducted from their bank account and that the delay was caused by temporary bank server issues. However, not a single withdrawal was completed successfully, and all of them were eventually cancelled.

Four days ago, after cancelling all my withdrawal requests, they informed me that I needed to complete verification for my Rajabets account. I submitted all the documents they requested immediately, but my verification has still been pending for the last 4 days without any update.

When I contact live chat support, they do not provide any clear response regarding my withdrawals or verification status. Instead, they encourage me to place more bets and lure me into continuing to gamble by tempting me with the possibility of gaining more winnings rather than resolving my withdrawal issue.

Rajabets keeps cancelling my withdrawal requests and providing reasons that I believe are inaccurate and inconsistent.

I would like the Rajabets representative to focus on this issue as a priority and resolve it as soon as possible.

I submitted a withdrawal request, but Rajabets keeps cancelling my withdrawals.

In addition, after cancelling my withdrawals, Rajabets removed the withdrawal method that I had previously been using. My daily withdrawal limit is still INR 100,000, but the withdrawal method I normally used is no longer available.

The only withdrawal option currently available to me has a maximum limit of INR 40,000 per withdrawal request. Furthermore, I cannot submit another withdrawal request until the previous one has been completed. Since Rajabets usually takes at least one day to process a withdrawal, this effectively limits me to withdrawing only INR 40,000 per day.

This is a significant restriction compared to the conditions that existed before the verification process. I believe these changes are unfair and unacceptable.

I respectfully request that Rajabets restore my account to the same status and conditions it had before the verification process began, including the withdrawal methods that were previously available to me.

Otherwise, this issue cannot be considered resolved.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).
