I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the online betting platform Rajabets. For the last three months, I have been repeatedly requesting the closure of my account on their platform. Despite sending approximately 300–400 emails and engaging in multiple online chats, my request has not been processed, and I have not received any response from their team.

This platform appears to be highly corruptive, insecure, and exploitative. Users frequently lose money, and I personally do not feel safe or comfortable continuing on Rajabets. In addition, gambling has been restricted under Indian laws, and therefore I am seeking permanent account closure in compliance with these rules.

Unfortunately, Rajabets has ignored all my requests and failed to take any action, which clearly reflects their negligence and lack of accountability. For this reason, I am filing this complaint and requesting the concerned authority to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Rajabets.

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration regarding the rejection of my withdrawal requests (₹50,000 and ₹15,000).

I registered on Rajabets because of its high ratings on Google, but this experience is turning out to be like dealing with an unreliable local bookie.

I have already submitted all my documents to your official email ID , but there has been no response .

Here is the complete summary of my case and documents already submitted:

Nature of Winnings: My total balance is ₹1,09,301.50. I want to state clearly that I won this amount purely through Cricket Multibets in the Sportsbook.

I have NOT played any casino games and I have NOT used any bonuses. This is my hard-earned cash money. Current Location: I am currently working in Qatar. I have been completely transparent about my residency from the start. Documents Already Emailed:

I have already provided the following to your official support channel: Indian Identity: Aadhaar Card (Front & Back) and PAN Card.Work & Residency Proof: My Qatar ID and my Indian Passport (sent to verify my current location in Qatar).Mandatory Selfie: A clear photo of me holding my Original ID Card along with a white paper where "RAJABETS" and the Current Date are clearly handwritten. Transaction Evidence: Screenshots of all my Deposits and my Winning Cricket Bet Slips.Despite me providing every single proof required for a professional KYC process, my withdrawals were rejected.

This is highly unprofessional. I am attaching EVERYTHING again to this email (Aadhaar, PAN, Qatar ID, Passport, Date-verified Selfie, and Bet Slips). I demand that you verify my account immediately and process my pending withdrawals without any further excuses. If Rajabets is truly a top-rated platform, prove it by resolving this now.
