8 day KYC delay for account with 102000 INR balance

I am filing this complaint to highlight a serious delay in my account verification at Rajabets.

​The Problem:

​I have a balance of ₹1,02,335 in my account.

​I uploaded all required documents on 7th February 2026.

​It has been 8 days, and my status is still 'Pending'.

​Why this is unfair:

I have noticed that the verification process at Rajabets is inconsistent. For example, accounts with 0 balance (like user alamgiralam000) are getting verified within 3 days, even when they apply later than me. However, my account—which has a high balance—is being delayed without any explanation.

​Every time I contact Live Support, they refuse to provide a timeline or a reason for this 8-day delay. It appears that Rajabets is intentionally withholding my funds by keeping the KYC 'Pending'.

​I request AskGamblers to help me get my account verified so I can withdraw my money. I have followed all the rules and the delay is now unreasonable."

​"I am also attaching a screenshot of user alamgiralam000's verification status as evidence. As you can see, this user applied on 9th Feb and was verified quickly, while my application from 7th Feb is still being ignored. This proves the inconsistency in Rajabets' verification process."
