Rajabet Casino - Not verifying account and also not letting me withdraw amount
Rajabet casino is not verifying my details and also not letting me withdraw my money posting verification as the reason . I have submitted all the required documents on 14th itself but they are not verified yet. When asked in chats they say that there is not time limit for verification and it may 1 day 1 weeks 1 month or even more.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Rajabets Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the player's confirmation of using a payment method which is registered under a different name, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I have already uploaded all the required documents but you keep rejecting them ( what documents you expecting as I have already my account statement). I also mentioned and accepted my fault of trying to withdraw to my cousins cousins account and also accepted that it will not repeat. Any how the payment to my cousins account was not successful.
I have uploaded my bank statement already and given all explanation. You can take what necessary action you want.
Please let me know if you will allow me to withdraw money or not. You keep rejecting my documents.
