Rajabet Casino - Deposit of 50k INR not credited
i would like to lodge a complaint regarding a deposit of ₹50,000 made on the Rajabets platform.
On 31 May 2026 at 10:53 am, I made a deposit of ₹50,000 to the beneficiary bank account that was provided directly on the Rajabets platform for making deposits. More than 48 hours have passed, but the amount has still not been credited to my Rajabets account.
Since the transaction, I have contacted Rajabets multiple times through their live chat support and telegram support. However, every time I ask for an update, I receive the same copy-pasted response asking me to wait for 2–4 more hours. No meaningful update or resolution has been provided.
To assist them in verifying the transaction, I have already submitted all the required proof multiple times, including payment receipt/screenshot, latest bank statement PDF, bank statement video recording, and screenshot of the beneficiary account details provided by Rajabets at the time of payment.
Despite providing all the requested documents repeatedly, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have sent emails to their support team, but I have not received a single response from them.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear update regarding the status of my ₹50,000 deposit. If the amount cannot be credited, I request a full explanation and prompt resolution.
