Rajabet Casino - Deposit of 50k INR not credited

Over the past six months, I have submitted the requested documents and have repeatedly followed up through email and customer support channels. Unfortunately, each inquiry has resulted in the same generic response advising me to wait, without any clear explanation, timeline, or update regarding the status of my payout.

I believe that a six-month delay is unreasonable, particularly given that I have cooperated fully with all verification requests. The continued withholding of my winnings without a clear resolution has caused significant frustration and concern.

I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this matter and ensuring that my verification process is completed promptly so that my outstanding payout can be released without any further delay.

I submitted all the documents that were required by Rajabets for completion of verification process on 14/06/2026 but it's been more than a week that my account verification status is still in " waiting".

Due to this I am unable to withdraw funds from my account. The total balance in my account is nearly 167000 INR.

I have already contacted live support multiple times, sent several emails, and even raised the issue publicly, but I am only receiving repeated generic responses like please wait, without any clear timeline or resolution

I need quick help regarding my withdrawals. It's been 5 days now they are keeping my withdrawal in waiting state and declining again and again. I have taken multiple follow-ups with your support team, but every time I am being asked to wait 4 hours, 6 hours, or 7 hours, with repeated responses stating, “We are checking”. It has now been a significant delay, and the issue still remains unresolved.

I request you to urgently investigate this matter and credit the amount of ₹21,000 to my RajaBets account immediately or provide a proper resolution/update regarding the transaction status.
