Wont cashout or send me email to verify, also over the time frame

Hello, I won a little money, 2500 EUR, at quickslot. Since 25.09.2022 they told me I got an automatic email to verify me to get the money withdraw. Everyday I talk to the support and tell them that I don't get the email they say wait wait wait and some standard text.

They told me the cashout takes 1-3 business days, now its 4 and I even don't get the email to verify my account to cashout my money.

Please help me
