Source of Wealth Documents agony

Hey! I was in contact with the support in the chat on quickbet that I needed help with proving a withdrawal from them to me because it never says on their side that the withdrawal has gone through but it says withdrawal request all the time. There is another casino that needs that information for source of wealth documents. Otherwise I will not get my money that I have won. Have chatted with them on quickbet about this and also emailed them. They have not responded to the email and those in the chat only say that it is in the relevant department for things like this.

But I think it feels too long. Can you please help me with this? Is a week since I first contacted them on the chat and asked for help. I need help from Quick.bet to show that the transfer has been approved by them to me, and that my name is included and that the transfer is from them. So the casino's name must also be included. It is from 31 December last year at 2367 euros. Thank you for your help.
