Failed to process £20 refund
I joined the casino on 07/01/2019 and mistakenly tried to put the word ‘Mine’ for the name attached to the debit card (which was in my name).
This was eventually cleared up once I sent the proof of identification over to PWR.
I tried to withdraw my money twice, each time it was rejected. Copies of the emails are attached. I hadn’t realised that the second withdraw was rejected. At the same time I asked for the account to close as I didn’t want to use this casino. This happened at the end of January. Aside from this I play regularly with Virgin and Sky Vegas.
I received a message from another user about this casino and this is when I realised that I hadn’t been refunded.
I emailed PWR during the last week. They acknowledge that they have my funds, shown in a e sheet and was asked to email their security dept since my account is blocked. Since emailing their security dept I have not received a reply.
