PuzzleCasno- I can not withdraw

Hello. 3 days now I am trying to withdraw my winnings and puzzle casino always rejected. 3 days ago I did a withdraw request of 900 euro and the next day they reject it. I contacted them via live chat and the answer was it is a systemic error and to request again. I request it for second time and rejected again. The answer at live chat was exactly the same, systemic issue please request it again. I request it for third time and again rejected. I contacted again live chat and they answered me the same, rejected for system reason please request again. I requested for fourth time and again the same. again rejected again the same answer at live chat.

This happened 8 times now. At live chat they kidding with me. I asked them when will be the problem resolve and their answer was we don't have any idea when will be resolve. i do not know what else to do. At support@puzzlecasino.com I have sent also several emails without response. They rejected every time my withdrawal request (8 times) and their answer is always to request it again. i can not get my winnings from puzzlecasino. my account is full verified. They just want to pay my winnings and their only answer is that withdraw rejected cause systemic error please request again. I have all conversation screenshots. Please help.

Puzzle Casino - Withdrawal delay of 400usd

Hello. My Puzzle Casino ID is <removed >. I completed my KYC last month, and then I did a withdrawal of USD 400. I did it on March 27th and as today it will be in pending status. I contacted a lot of times the chat support and always told me the same "that I should wait".

Also I sent mails to the support but never answered me.

So, can u help me Askgamblers?

Verification is not possible / Support do simply not answer

I registered new to this casino and after a couple of hours I was lucky and got some winnings. I tried to withdraw my 988€ Balance, but I was unable to even start the verification process. First step you need to do is phone number verification, when I start the verification process I get an error message "Phone number verification not enabled". Of course I contacted the live chat and the guy told me everything was fine with the system, the problem was on the side of my provider, which is nonsense because I never had problems with that. One day later I tried again with the same result. Now live chat told me, they can not do anything and I need to contact support via email. I did. One day later still no answer, so I contacted live chat again, the guy told me he would inform the managers. But still 4 days later and after a couple of reminders I still got no answer from support. Not even an empty message like "we received your message", simply nothing. Live chat always tells me to write an email. It is frustrating. Why on earth do so many casinos try to avoid withdrawals? Now I have a 988€ Balance on my Account and no chance to withdraw it.
