Over a month waiting for redemptions

My issue with Punt.com is that I deposited $20 total and won $156 on April 26th, 2025, which is my first redemption, and won $900 on May 3rd, 2025, this being the second redemption. I’ve reached out to support, where I’m still waiting on a reply a week later. Both of these redemptions were obtained through my own deposited money, no bonuses or offers.

This is my first big win. I was so excited to be able to redeem more than $100 for once, but now I’m starting to think I’m not going to see this money. Any help would be nice, and I have screenshot proof of dates, wins, emails to and from support, redemption timeframes and status, and deposits to obtain winnings from games.
