Do not accept ID, just passport


Hi: I open account in Puma casino. Make a deposit, and win 137 euro.

Previous I uploaded my docs. They not accept my ID and said in chat only accept Passport. I haven't passport.

I can't withdraw my money. In terms and conditions they say Passport or ID.

I sent a selfie holding my ID, but nothing. This site is scamm.
