Requested a withdrawal 5/10/23 it’s been 14 days and I still haven’t received my winnings. The request has been approved and I no longer have any pending withdrawals but I still haven’t received any money. Reach out to the casino and I was told they would look into it and still have no answer. It doesn’t take more than 15 days to request a withdrawal using bitcoin method. According to Prism all withdrawal time frames are 3-7 days. Unless it’s false advertising. Been reaching out to customer service but no response or they tell me that they’re gonna look into it.
