I have requested a withdrawal on the 6th of April. All payment information has been submitted and my account is verified. My request hasn’t even been looked at unfortunately and live chat never helps me resolve any payment issues. Prism terms & conditions stated 7 business days which have obviously passed. I am tired of this slow withdrawal process. Help me.
