I requested a withdrawal on July 6. On July 12. Prism canceled my withdrawal without reaching out to me.
I re-requested a new withdrawal that same day. My withdrawal remained unprocessed after their time frame (7 Days).
I have contacted them via live chat and was told over and over that my case has been escalated. But nothing happened.

If it takes three weeks or more say so. If it is really 7-10 days then stick to what is advertised and published. I understand delays, I understand that the recent drop in Bitcoin prices affected the casinos, it affected the players too but I need my money and I've shown enough patience to come to this point and say enough is enough, stop stalling, and please just get me paid and let's put this behind us and move forward.
