Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Prism Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the player's confirmation that all eligible payments were processed and received, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

It's hard for me to wrap my head around your having a go at us, when everything was clearly posted in our terms and conditions.
In any event, once you've made your withdrawal, any remaining funds are voided. Again, this is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions:
ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES
13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.
