Prism casino isn't playing out my $3,700 dollars. I have emailed them and they aren't replying to my email. I'm unsure if I will be able to get my money back. I'm trying to get a hold of the team who can help. Thanks. I have looked this casino up and only had good results 😥 but in my case no help yet.

I'm very confused by this complaint. I've pulled up your account and there are no withdrawals pending approval or payment, nor have there been any withdrawal requests. Further, you've never deposited into this account.
