My withdrawal for $1912 was approved on July 2nd. Their terms and conditions state money will be sent within 7 to 10 business days. It has now been 16 business days and live chat told me to check back in another week. I think if they write it in their terms and conditions 7 to 10 business days that is when they should send the money. Live Chat didn't say why just check back in a week. I am asking Askgamblers to step in to help me get my withdrawal in a timely manner not wait another month then file a complaint. Can you help me?
