I requested a withdrawal on November 23rd and I've been waiting ever since. They won't even approve it. I've contacted them numerous times via chat with no result. I've been told over and over again that the matter has been escalated but I don't see how that's possible. I really don't know what to do.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
