Prism casino owes me $7,340. I requested my first withdrawal last year on the 7th of November. I still haven't received any of it. I won this money playing slots. I have submitted my documents a couple of times , before the withdrawal and also again on April of this year. I provided them with a crypto address back in February. I have gone on chat with them, and they have told me they would escalate it but this was back in April. I don't know what else I can do. Please help!
