Prism Casino is taking an extremely long time to pay me.
I have 15 withdrawals pending dating back over 8 months. These total $25,172.
I have had numerous discussions with customer service who assured my requests would be escalated but to no avail. The casino staff have been friendly and tried to be helpful but I remain unpaid.

I've asked Karl (the player) that this complaint be closed at this point, as we will be focusing on two of his unrelated accounts (we will not be issuing payments for this account until we close out the other two). Karl understands I will continue to update him privately and if he feels the need to re-open this complaint, he can do so.

Another withdrawal was approved (yesterday) and the payment will be sent to our processor, later today. As soon as I have the transaction details, I'll be back with another update...and news on your next approval.
