I requested a withdrawal for $2500 on 11/15/2020 from Prism Casino. I had already submitted documents on 9/29/2020. I also provided them with a Crypto address for my payment. The payment hasn't even been approved to the day. It's been 4 1/2 months. On 1/27/2021 I went on Chat and they said they would escalate it but nothing happened. I went again on chat on 3/20/2021. I requested another $2,384 but I still don't even have the first payment approved. I need help getting all my money. I have waited a lot!
