I won $1015 6th August and submitted a withdrawal request which according to the T&C's all payout requests are reviewed 3 to 5 business days of the date submitted. Mine has been sitting there now for 9 business days and i keep getting told its been esculated but still nothing. My deposit was without a deposit bonus and Ive played by the rules. Seems unfair when I have to abide by the T&C's yet they dont stand by them themselves. Very disappointed. They are so quick to help you spend but dont like paying out fair and justified winnings.
