Prism Casino is not Paying according to their original arrangement with me. I won a very large jackpon in November 2012 (VERY LARGE) I was told I would get a check every other week for $2485 by a senior manager at Prism. (Even though you request $5000 withdrawal they drop it down to $2500) Even with this arrangement it would take over a year to pay me but I was willing to work with them. I received only tHREE checks for $2485

Then they started only approving $1242 a check. They have went from $2485 a check to now only $1245 which was not the original arrangement and the schedule is NOT every other week. Prism stated "the processsor has lowered their limits." Well I know this casino uses several different "processors" to send checks so why wouldn't they use the processor that can approve that limit? Also, if it was a processor issue why wouldn't they do different dollar amounts on every check? So it's not a processor problem it is PRISM not wanting to pay me. I have called to try to speak to a manager but no one will answer my phone calls. THEY ARE AVOIDING ME!
So now 3/8 - $1242
and 3/13 - $1242
Another check for $1242 was sent to processor on 3/7 but can't get a wb# on it either. So much for 7-10 days from the time it is sent to the processor.
They also approved another withdrawal on 3/14 for $1242 again.. This payout arrangement will take over three years. I asked the withdrawal department when it might change back and I was told "no time soon". They are paying SLOWLY and NOT to the ARRANGEMENT promised. WHy do they have on the withdrawal screen "$5000" when they knock that down to $2500 increments and the only send $1200.
I need to know why my payments have been cut in half and only six checks since I won this jackpot?????
