Prism Casino Jackpot payout - NOT

I have played at Prism for a long while. Made $50 deposit, used a bonus code. Played the play thru requirement, was doing very well, up to $2300...then I hit a jackpot of $12,700.

The Casino refuses to allow me to withdraw more than $500 total. (bonus code 10x max payout). This is not fair if you hit a jackpot.

They say because I used a bonus code. This is not fair at all. All the money I have deposited, and now they refuse to pay because of a bonus code limit withdrawal.

This is very unfair, as when you go to the cashier, the withdrawal amount is 15000. But

NO they are refusing to allow me to withdraw the withdraw max of $5000. I would withdraw $5000 on three separate occasions but they refuse to allow more than $500.

Absolutely not fair at all to the players. I am so upset by this and will continue to hound them for the money. Just received a call from VIP Richard, and still they will not budge.

Any assistance you can provide would be most helpful. I think they are deceptive in their

advertising of playing at Prism. Why on earth would they say withdrawal amount, but when you try to withdraw, they won't allow it. Very disappointed in Prism Casino practices.
