Withdrawal Amount: Six Withdrawals of $2500.00 each, totaling $15,000
Withdrawal amount date: New date: 3/28/22 (Original withdrawal date: 6/7/21)
Reason for complaint: I have tried to withdraw funds several times since 6/7/21. The funds have never been received and keep getting put back into my Prism account. (Each time I have been asked for documents and I have sent all documents requested.)
Payment has been severely delayed.
