I submitted my withdrawal request last month on June 26th, 2022. Per Prism casino’s terms and conditions, all requests are to be reviewed within 7 business days, however, it is now the 8th business day and the request has not been reviewed. I have screenshots of my withdrawal request and of the casino's terms and conditions that I mentioned above available. Can someone please help get this issue resolved? thank you very much, I appreciate all your help.
