I submitted a withdrawal for $600 on 8/24/2021. That was 19 business days ago.


On Tuesday, 9/7/2021, I contacted Prism customer support to check status. The CSR stated they would escalate my withdrawal for processing. That never happened. Two days later my withdrawal was still pending. I escalated it again. Several more days went by and I sent an email to Prism support for help. They opened a ticket and I still see my withdrawal pending in my account today.


Every time, no exaggeration, I submit a withdrawal they stall me and I have to keep sending them emails and chats to get resolution. I've used Askgambler a couple of times with this casino and have been helped quickly. Thank you!


I need someone at Prism to wake up, take ownership and get my withdrawal processed and paid.

09/20/2021 - I have received my payout today. I guess by telling Prism support I submitted a complaint to Askgamblers they finally woke up! Thanks!!
