I have over 7000 0wed from Prism dating back to July of 2018. There are five different withdrawals. I've had no success collecting with emails and live chat. Recently two were approved for payment in March but no payment has been received Please help. the withdrawals are $1500. $1576, $1555, and the two that are approved are$1468 approved 3/7 and $1863 approved 3/28

I am embarased to say that when I reviewed my bank statement I found the duplication of payments on 5/7 and 5/9 Accordingly this complaint should be closed I'm sorry for this but thanks for the work on the other payments

My apologies--I'd been working on your other complaint and seemingly forgot about this one.
I've spoken with our Payments Manager and she is asking that you send copies of your bank statements for the period of time involved.
