Hello!
I have a pending $100 withdrawal at Prism casino that was supposed to be reviewed within 7 business days, however that time has come and gone and no action has been taken. It was submitted Jan 14th, and is now Feb 4th.
I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal request, the transaction history showing the withdrawal request being submitted, my recent chat with a representative and the terms and conditions showing they would review withdrawals within 7 business days (they have not). They are famous for “escalating” your situation and taking no action after that, so I really need your help.
