Please help me again. I have a winning cashout at Prism Casino on November 18th for $997.00. The withdrawal has been approved. It was supposedly sent to the processor on Nov 30th and I was told it will take 3 - 10 days. Now it is beyond that time frame. I am hoping that you will inquire about the delay, please. I know that there is a wait, but it would be great if they follow their own policy...
