85 days without withdrawal being paid
Hello, on July 4th I made a deposit at Prism Casino. I requested a bonus and proceeded to play their slots. After playing through the required rollover amount I was fortunate to have a balance of 10000 USD remaining in my account. I promptly requested a withdrawal for the max 2500 USD. I then, via chat, asked what info was needed to process this and was asked to provide the usual documentation. I supplied all docs that were required. On July 6th I was notified by Micheal < surname removed > (support center) that all my docs were received and approved (screen shot attached)
On July 7th i was notified by Travis < surname removed > that my bitcoin address was verified and approved and on file (screen shot attached).
Over the next 80 plus days I have been contacting chat. I've been told to follow up in 3 to 5 days more times than I care to think about. I've been told that this has been escalated numerous times. I've spoken to managers dozens of times and have made zero ground. The withdrawal has yet to even be approved let alone paid out. I've been fooled in believing staff and because of this I didn't take many screenshots of my conversations.
Even worse is that emailing a transcript is an option when chatting but does not actually work (big red flag I should have picked up on). I do have a screen shot from today showing that this has been escalated 6 times although I know its at least 3 times that. I've followed all conditions required from my end and expect the same from the party that I entered into agreement with.
I want the withdrawal processed and paid out ASAP. It is far behind any reasonable timeline of being paid out.
