At the end of December 2016, I was lucky to win $ 200 in Prism Casino. The payment of the winnings was approved in the very near future, to be exact 01/03/2017. I expected that the payment will be made as quickly as possible. But it turned out that this is not so. It's been more than 65 days, and I have not been paid any money. Therefore, I ask you to help me in obtaining my winnings in the amount of $ 200. I will be very grateful for the help.

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've encountered with this.
I've reviewed your account and I do see the only thing holding up your withdrawal is that we do not have a copy of your documents on file.
As I'm unable to send you a private message here and I don't like publishing email addresses publicly, I've sent a message to our Escalations Manager, Elena, asking her to email you directly. She's off until Monday, but she will contact you straight away explaining what documents we need. Once we receive these docs, we can sort out your payment for you, straight away.
