Withdrawal is pending for over a week

Hello!

I made a withdrawal in the amount of 1800 euros on August 13. It should take about 48 hours to be processed, but mine is still pending. Today is August 23. It's not even sent on to the financial department. Casino workers are friendly, but the information remains the same...soon, soon. But no actual action or information. I have contacted them via chat and email.

Somebody wrote me on Friday that my withdrawal request is being reviewed right now and still no result. Days later she responded that actually it's not been reviewed right now but soon. The payment is still pending.

I am fully verified with them, and they have made me a payment before in the amount of 500 euros which took max 48 hours.

My selected method is bank transfer. I would understand when it is delayed because of the bank. But it sits in the casino pending, they just won't send it on.

I'm starting to believe it's some kind of tactic because usually casino deals with your complaint in the first chance, but they just say soon for days.

I didn't use the bonus and I play from Europe.

I have been in contact with casino. I wrote them again via chat and email. They sent me an email that my money will be sent today 25.08.23. It hasn't happened so far but I can see that they finally moved my withdrawal from pending to processing. I will give you an update if they will send it finally. There's a little bit time difference with me and I can see there's still time according their local time. I will update you if they don't send it on today.

Withdrawal delayed beyond 72 hours

Hello AskGamblers team,

I’m reaching out here in hopes of receiving assistance with a delayed withdrawal from an online casino listed on your platform.

I was fortunate enough to win €5,000 and initially requested a withdrawal of €2,700. A couple of days later, I received an email from the casino informing me that an 8% tax fee would apply, and I was asked to confirm whether I wanted to proceed. I replied yes, but also included a follow-up question in the same message.

Later, after speaking with the casino’s live chat support, I was informed that the withdrawal was rejected because my response was “not specific enough” — even though I clearly confirmed that I wanted to continue.

After that, I submitted a new withdrawal request for the full €5,000. However, it has now been over 4 days with no progress. Each time I contact live chat, I’m told the same thing: that the relevant department is reviewing it and that I will receive an email soon. So far, I haven’t received any updates. According to their own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 72 hours, which has already passed.

I truly hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I’ve enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
