They are holding my withdrawal

I have requested a withdraw of my earnings on August 2nd. After two days I received an email saying it was pending my account verification. I promptly sent the documents asked in the minute I received their email.

Since then, it's been a nightmare. No more information about the status of my withdraw and after a full week waiting, and three days in a row trying in the chat to get any information, all that is repeated to me is that the finance department will get in contact with me, but nothing actually happens.

Immediate solution less than 24 hours after this complaint. Unfortunatelly, it only happened because i had to look for support of this third party. I felt disrespected during the process. This is the only online gambling house that caused me this kind of headache.

Unprocessed pending withdrawals and excessive delay

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint against PowBet Casino regarding an unreasonable and prolonged delay in paying out my legitimate winnings totaling €722.

I have two pending withdrawal requests via USDT Solana:

According to PowBet's policy, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days. It has now been three weeks since my first request.

Whenever I contact live support or email assistance, I receive standard generic replies claiming that the requests are «in the final stage» or delayed due to a high volume of requests. Crucially, support confirmed in live chat that my account does not require KYC verification and that there are no pending document checks on my side.

Despite following all rules and repeatedly asking for clear deadlines, my funds remain unpaid. I have already submitted a formal internal complaint to [email protected] and now kindly ask AskGamblers to mediate and help resolve this issue.Thank you for your assistance.

Payment Due Since August 25 No Payment No Response Customer Being Ignorned

iven the situation and Powbet’s continued lack of response, I have no other choice but to pursue the matter through this channel.

On 22 August, an agreement was reached with Powbet regarding a payment of a substantial amount. Powbet subsequently sent a payment confirmation stating 25 August as the payment date. However, this confirmation does not contain any verifiable information, such as a transaction number, proof of payment, or other details that would allow the payment to be verified as having actually been made.

Since 8 September, I have not received any substantive response from Powbet. In the email dated 8 September, they stated that processing might take longer because the amount involved is substantial. However, four weeks have now passed. This delay is no longer credible or reasonable, especially since Powbet has provided no clear explanation, concrete payment date, or verifiable proof of payment.

I have attempted to contact Powbet, but I am not receiving any response. Through live chat, I am repeatedly referred to email without my issue actually being resolved.

I therefore ask AskGamblers to investigate this matter and request that Powbet:

1. Provide a clear status update regarding the repayment;
2. Provide verifiable proof of payment or a transaction number;
3. Explain why the payment, which according to their confirmation was supposedly made on 25 August, has still not been received;
4. Actually process the agreed payment as soon as possible.

I am writing to formally complain about a severe delay regarding a withdrawal I requested on Monday. As of today, Saturday, I still have not received my funds, and I am deeply concerned that this platform is engaging in unfair practices or failing to honor payouts.

Despite contacting your customer support multiple times throughout the week, I have received no real assistance. Every agent gives me the exact same generic response without providing any concrete update, tracking information, or actual resolution to my problem. This repetitive and dismissive service is completely unacceptable.

I expect an immediate update on the exact status of my transaction and prompt release of my funds. Delayed withdrawals and account restrictions

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am contacting you to file a formal complaint regarding Powbet Casino due to significant and ongoing delays with my withdrawals.

I had a total balance of more than €55,000 in my Powbet Casino account. From this balance, I submitted three separate withdrawal requests of 20,000 NOK each, totaling 60,000 NOK; over a month has gone by without me receiving these funds.

I have been waiting for these withdrawals to be processed for an extended period of time, but I have still not received the funds. Despite the significant amount of money involved, I have not been given a clear explanation for why my withdrawals are taking so long or when I can expect to receive them.

I would like to emphasize that I completed all verification procedures requested by Powbet Casino and, to the best of my knowledge, complied with the casino's Terms and Conditions. Therefore, I do not understand why my withdrawal requests have remained pending for such a long period.

I have contacted Powbet Casino's customer support several times in an attempt to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory solution, and the three withdrawals of 20,000 NOK each remain unpaid.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to review my case and assist me in receiving the funds that I have requested to withdraw.

Crypto withdrawal issue

I made a withdrawal on 06/04/2025 at 0221 East African time using crpto wallet USDTether TRC20, it's almost one week and the status is still pending, I've requested KYC verification to speed the withdrawal but support team said no need for KYC, after several live chat with live support team, I've been receiving copy pasted messages of hope. They asked me to schedule a video call but they never called me and they blocked me

1 month ago I wanted to make a withdrawal, to which they asked me to verify my account, they asked me for 4 things, a photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, a receipt with my home address and account statements where my deposits appear, but of my 7 deposits, only 2 were made with my bank's app, the remaining 5 were in cash, and that was the detail, in order to verify my account they asked me for a video call, which I gave them the time and date within the time they had available. When I did this, they stopped responding to the emails and they blocked my account. Here I think that they thought it was a third-party account or a fake account, that's why they asked for a video call, but when I accepted the video call they already understood that it was a real account and they preferred not to respond and block so as not to pay me my money, despite that I waited for the video call on January 27, which they never made. I left them another email rescheduling the video call for February 3, but never They responded. I wrote to the chat and they told me that the video call was scheduled even though they did not confirm it by email, but when the day came the video call was never made. I rescheduled it once again for February 10, but it was not done either, not respond to the emails when before they did it within hours and blocked the account it is evident that they do not want to pay me and they stole my money which was something like 32700 PEN, a approximately 8,800 dollars and in deposits I had 4,200 PEN, approximately 1,150 dollars. Please I hope you can help me, the amount of my money is high, and it is not correct that betting houses for no reason block me when we were agreeing to a video call, I hope for your help or at least guide me on what I can do since I do not want to lose my money, please.

8 days without withdrawal

I made a withdrawal request on the 25th of October. It was 70,000 HUF (around 171 EUR) and still hasn't been completed. I asked the live support several times and got different answers every time. I didn't have a problem at the last several withdraws but now it is a huge delay. Also today my request from the "withdrawal window" disappeared. I can see it on my transaction history, but in the past I was able to see it on both windows. I just want to make sure about the last of the last date when I should get my money.
