I have requested a withdraw of my earnings on August 2nd. After two days I received an email saying it was pending my account verification. I promptly sent the documents asked in the minute I received their email.
Since then, it's been a nightmare. No more information about the status of my withdraw and after a full week waiting, and three days in a row trying in the chat to get any information, all that is repeated to me is that the finance department will get in contact with me, but nothing actually happens.
