1 month ago I wanted to make a withdrawal, to which they asked me to verify my account, they asked me for 4 things, a photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, a receipt with my home address and account statements where my deposits appear, but of my 7 deposits, only 2 were made with my bank's app, the remaining 5 were in cash, and that was the detail, in order to verify my account they asked me for a video call, which I gave them the time and date within the time they had available. When I did this, they stopped responding to the emails and they blocked my account. Here I think that they thought it was a third-party account or a fake account, that's why they asked for a video call, but when I accepted the video call they already understood that it was a real account and they preferred not to respond and block so as not to pay me my money, despite that I waited for the video call on January 27, which they never made. I left them another email rescheduling the video call for February 3, but never They responded.
