I am user of Powbet casino.
I made 2 withdrawal requests on Jan14th, 2023 and one on Jan 15th, 2023.
As per their terms, they aim to process withdrawal requests within 3 business days, from the next day that the request was made, or from the day of the last processed withdrawal.
Today it is Jan 19th, 2023 and still I have not received any of my withdrawals. It is really disappointing and would like to compensate for the delay.
I randomly contacted their agent twice, Yesterday and Today unfortunately they have same thing to say ''I have checked and see that your withdrawal is being processed. Please do not worry, it will be confirmed soon.''
Their agents do not have basic manners of CS. I would like to get compensated.
