On the 20th I made a withdrawal, to date I don't know anything about it, I wrote to support and they told me that they do not have details of the payment that is delayed without giving further explanation. I am on the 30th and I still have not received my payment. I've been waiting for a week for some solution from support and they haven't given me any. They simply tell me that I have to wait until the payments are paid, a maximum of 3 to 5 days.
