Did not pay and closed my account

Hello, I would like to file a complaint against the casino in question and ask for help as I don't know what else to do.

I used to place my bets on powbet, after opening an account I made my deposits through the Pay4fun electronic wallet. On 11/25/2022 I requested a withdrawal in the amount of R$ 1,750.00 in which I was submitted to an account verification for approval of withdrawal. I sent all the requested documents (selfie with document and the powbet website, proof of residence, identity document and proof of pay4fun transactions). When sending the documents they were all approved by powbet, so I thought I would receive my money, but to my surprise they asked for another proof of transactions and informed me that they wanted a bank statement for the last 3 months. I did not understand, because I used an electronic wallet for transactions and not a conventional bank.

I have 2 banks, Mercado Pago (main bank) and Banco C6 S.A (secondary bank). I sent proof of transactions from my main bank Mercado Pago and they were approved by powbet, and even so they did not make the payment. They asked for proof again of transactions, so I sent my second bank statement with all the transactions. When I logged into my account on 01/18/2023 to check the progress, I was surprised with the information that my account was closed by the site administration. I got in touch by email and I didn't get any answers.

I don't even know why this happened.

Please help, my account was improperly closed with a pending withdrawal of R$ 1,750.00 and an account balance of R$ 3.730,50.

They asked me to schedule a video call but they never called me and they blocked me

1 month ago I wanted to make a withdrawal, to which they asked me to verify my account, they asked me for 4 things, a photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, a receipt with my home address and account statements where my deposits appear, but of my 7 deposits, only 2 were made with my bank's app, the remaining 5 were in cash, and that was the detail, in order to verify my account they asked me for a video call, which I gave them the time and date within the time they had available. When I did this, they stopped responding to the emails and they blocked my account. Here I think that they thought it was a third-party account or a fake account, that's why they asked for a video call, but when I accepted the video call they already understood that it was a real account and they preferred not to respond and block so as not to pay me my money, despite that I waited for the video call on January 27, which they never made. I left them another email rescheduling the video call for February 3, but never They responded. I wrote to the chat and they told me that the video call was scheduled even though they did not confirm it by email, but when the day came the video call was never made. I rescheduled it once again for February 10, but it was not done either, not respond to the emails when before they did it within hours and blocked the account it is evident that they do not want to pay me and they stole my money which was something like 32700 PEN, a approximately 8,800 dollars and in deposits I had 4,200 PEN, approximately 1,150 dollars. Please I hope you can help me, the amount of my money is high, and it is not correct that betting houses for no reason block me when we were agreeing to a video call, I hope for your help or at least guide me on what I can do since I do not want to lose my money, please.

Casino denied payout

Dear Support, I had a problem playing on Casino Site Powbet.. The problem goes like this:

On 30.08.2024 I had trough deposit won prize for claw Maschine. And on the claw Maschine I won 30€ bonus. After I played my real balance I activated the bonus balance and started to play. In the free Games on Book of Toro I won max win on 40c (2970€ on 15 free spins). After the free spins were over, I got out to see how much do I have to wager to get the money. It was something like 1500€ rest. Then I played Book of Dead on 5€ per spin. After the wagering I was left with 2590€ which then was transferred to real balance. I have tried to withdraw the money and I was allowed only 800€ per transaction to withdraw. So I finished withdrawal just to see dose it works. After I saw it I cancelled the withdrawal and was playing. All Foto will be sent. Then I played for a couple of hours on Live casino and placed some bets. In one moment I was up to 3500€ and little bit later I had withdrawn again 800€ and 700€ was left on balance. I had open bets for 450€. On the next day I logged in to my account and saw, there was no balance left. I had just a 0. Immediately after I saw that I wrote to live support. They said I should look for balance history. I looked there and saw the withdrawal of 800€ was cancelled, and 1500€ was withdrawn. That was all without my consent or permission. They told me that the money would be sent to the account that u used for deposits. I have asked couple times a different support person and got every time a different answer.. Now after more than 2 weeks, the withdrawal is completed on my balance history.. But I didn’t get any money. The casino is not giving me any answer. Support is not answering. They only say I got 200€ from the bonus, and that money is gone. I am playing often on the site, and this is my first withdrawal. I had bigger wins but never cashed out. After waiting indicated time withdrawal cancelled with no further info
On 29th of April I made a withdrawal of my funds, after 3 working days (lapse they have given me to complete the withdrawal) I asked them on live chat and via email why it was still pending. They answered me saying they were sorry and that they will tell "Financial department" and that I should have it solved for the next week but no info of why it was delayed. Same again, I waited and asked them again and they once more told me the same with no more info. Then they started not answering my emails, so I only contacted them by live chat. Today with no further info they cancelled my withdrawal. When I asked this morning why, they told me their "payment provider" has changed and now I need to deposit an extra amount so they can have my details (but what they dont tell you is that if you want to withdraw your money you have to wager all the amount of your deposit). I didn't do this and now I tried a new withdrawal and asked on live chat specifically about it and suddenly there was no problem at all with payment provider and that I should have my money in 3 to 5 days, as if nothing has happened. I suspect they are deliberately delaying my withdrawal and cancelling it so I bet all my money in desperation and loose it. I also asked if there was a verification problem and they said no, that if they needed further info they will tell me.

Only problem with cancelled withdrawal was payment provider (that is what they said to me when it was cancelled after asking several times with no info just "financial department advised") but with new withdrawal I specifically asked this matter and told me there was no problem.
