Did not pay and closed my account

I used to place my bets on powbet, after opening an account I made my deposits through the Pay4fun electronic wallet. On 11/25/2022 I requested a withdrawal in the amount of R$ 1,750.00 in which I was submitted to an account verification for approval of withdrawal. I sent all the requested documents (selfie with document and the powbet website, proof of residence, identity document and proof of pay4fun transactions). When sending the documents they were all approved by powbet, so I thought I would receive my money, but to my surprise they asked for another proof of transactions and informed me that they wanted a bank statement for the last 3 months. I did not understand, because I used an electronic wallet for transactions and not a conventional bank.
I have 2 banks, Mercado Pago (main bank) and Banco C6 S.A (secondary bank). I sent proof of transactions from my main bank Mercado Pago and they were approved by powbet, and even so they did not make the payment. They asked for proof again of transactions, so I sent my second bank statement with all the transactions. When I logged into my account on 01/18/2023 to check the progress, I was surprised with the information that my account was closed by the site administration. I got in touch by email and I didn't get any answers.
I don't even know why this happened.
Please help, my account was improperly closed with a pending withdrawal of R$ 1,750.00 and an account balance of R$ 3.730,50.
