I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Powbet since 07/02. After requesting the withdrawal, only after 4 days (06/07), they asked for my documents, which were promptly sent on 07/07. Since then I have been trying to receive a position about my payment, but they never give me any position about anything.
They never give a deadline in days, total lack of transparency, they only say day after day that I have to wait for the responsible department. I would not be opening this complaint if they were more transparent with the customer, and informed the date of payment.
