I requested a withdrawal on 10/05/2023, the description says it takes 3 business days, but I didn't receive it on that date. I went to check the account and it said that it would not be necessary to check the account, but after a week they asked me to check, I sent the documents and the account was verified, I contacted via chat and got information and what should I wait. And every time I get in touch they ask me to look at the account again. Today is 10/11 and no payment.
