Cannot get my funds back to my card
Hello, I'm contacting you regarding the situation I faced with PowBet.
I'm really dissatisfied with the timeframes. Their terms state that it takes up to 3 days to process a withdrawal, but in fact, it's not like that. I requested my first withdrawal on January 5th, received an email that they received my withdrawal request, assuring me that their finance department will take care of it as soon as possible and PowBet didn't notify me that it was canceled, when I noticed that I requested a new one on January 10th and received the same email stating that they received my withdrawal request. 3 days passed and I decided to contact them via live chat, where they told me that my withdrawal is being processed and I'll be notified via email. 2 more days, contacting again, the same reply. On January 16th I received an email where it was mentioned that my withdrawal was in the final stage, so it should be processed very soon, the same email on January 17th, followed by another one saying "at times they may be subject to delays in relation to the amount of the number of active requests".
It's been 2 weeks since my first attempt and more than a week since I've requested my withdrawal again. I've contacted live chat agents several times, but I always hear the same "wait, wait, wait". It's January 20th today and I still haven't received my funds from them.
I contacted them to clarify what's the issue as well, but they didn't see any issues and just kept sending me the same replies, again and again, sometimes I had a feeling I was speaking to a bot.
According to reviews of other players, it's their regular issue of not paying and canceling withdrawals.
I'd like to draw your attention to this casino, which is ready to take your deposit, but not ready to return it back if you'll have any winnings.
