Blocked account for 3 months with money in it

I am submitting this complaint against PowBet Casino regarding an unreasonable and prolonged delay in paying out my legitimate winnings totaling €722.

I have two pending withdrawal requests via USDT Solana:

According to PowBet's policy, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days. It has now been three weeks since my first request.

Whenever I contact live support or email assistance, I receive standard generic replies claiming that the requests are «in the final stage» or delayed due to a high volume of requests. Crucially, support confirmed in live chat that my account does not require KYC verification and that there are no pending document checks on my side.

Despite following all rules and repeatedly asking for clear deadlines, my funds remain unpaid. I have already submitted a formal internal complaint to [email protected] and now kindly ask AskGamblers to mediate and help resolve this issue.Thank you for your assistance.

I am writing to formally complain about a severe delay regarding a withdrawal I requested on Monday. As of today, Saturday, I still have not received my funds, and I am deeply concerned that this platform is engaging in unfair practices or failing to honor payouts.

Despite contacting your customer support multiple times throughout the week, I have received no real assistance. Every agent gives me the exact same generic response without providing any concrete update, tracking information, or actual resolution to my problem. This repetitive and dismissive service is completely unacceptable.

I expect an immediate update on the exact status of my transaction and prompt release of my funds. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to your licensing authority and relevant consumer protection or gambling dispute platforms to report this as a scam.

I am contacting you to file a formal complaint regarding Powbet Casino due to significant and ongoing delays with my withdrawals.

I had a total balance of more than €55,000 in my Powbet Casino account. From this balance, I submitted three separate withdrawal requests of 20,000 NOK each, totaling 60,000 NOK; over a month has gone by without me receiving these funds.

I have been waiting for these withdrawals to be processed for an extended period of time, but I have still not received the funds. Despite the significant amount of money involved, I have not been given a clear explanation for why my withdrawals are taking so long or when I can expect to receive them.

I would like to emphasize that I completed all verification procedures requested by Powbet Casino and, to the best of my knowledge, complied with the casino's Terms and Conditions. Therefore, I do not understand why my withdrawal requests have remained pending for such a long period.

I have contacted Powbet Casino's customer support several times in an attempt to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory solution, and the three withdrawals of 20,000 NOK each remain unpaid.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to review my case and assist me in receiving the funds that I have requested to withdraw.

I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with Powbet Casino, but the withdrawal delays have continued without a proper resolution.

Given the substantial amount of money involved, I am very concerned about this situation. I would greatly appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in investigating the matter and helping ensure that my pending withdrawals are processed and that I am able to receive the remainder of my funds without further unnecessary delays.

Hello, I haven't received my payment for over a week now, I feel aggrieved and I want to receive my payment. They don't pay me any money and they still owe me. 1 month ago I wanted to make a withdrawal, to which they asked me to verify my account, they asked me for 4 things, a photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, a receipt with my home address and account statements where my deposits appear, but of my 7 deposits, only 2 were made with my bank's app, the remaining 5 were in cash, and that was the detail, in order to verify my account they asked me for a video call, which I gave them the time and date within the time they had available. When I did this, they stopped responding to the emails and they blocked my account. Here I think that they thought it was a third-party account or a fake account, that's why they asked for a video call, but when I accepted the video call they already understood that it was a real account and they preferred not to respond and block so as not to pay me my money, despite that I waited for the video call on January 27, which they never made. I left them another email rescheduling the video call for February 3, but never They responded. I wrote to the chat and they told me that the video call was scheduled even though they did not confirm it by email, but when the day came the video call was never made. I rescheduled it once again for February 10, but it was not done either, not respond to the emails when before they did it within hours and blocked the account it is evident that they do not want to pay me and they stole my money which was something like 32700 PEN, a approximately 8,800 dollars and in deposits I had 4,200 PEN, approximately 1,150 dollars. Please I hope you can help me, the amount of my money is high, and it is not correct that betting houses for no reason block me when we were agreeing to a video call, I hope for your help or at least guide me on what I can do since I do not want to lose my money, please.
